Responsible Trust Officer definition

Responsible Trust Officer means any vice president, any assistant vice president, any trust officer or assistant trust officer, or any other officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture, and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such officer’s knowledge and familiarity with the particular subject.
Responsible Trust Officer when used with respect to the Trustee, means any of the following officers of the Trustee who engage in corporate trust matters on behalf of the Trustee: any Vice President, any assistant Vice President, the treasurer, any assistant treasurer, any trust officer or assistant trust officer, or any other officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of his knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.
Responsible Trust Officer when used with respect to the Trustee, means any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee having direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture and any other officer to whom a particular matter is referred because of his knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.

  • Any such appointment shall be evidenced by an instrument signed by a Responsible Trust Officer, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Company.
