Required Collateral Invested Amount definition

Required Collateral Invested Amount means (i) initially $95,000,000 and (ii) on any Distribution Date thereafter, 9.50% of the sum of the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount on such Distribution Date, the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount on such Distribution Date (in each case after taking into account payments to be made on such Distribution Date) and the Collateral Invested Amount on such Distribution Date after taking into account any adjustments made on such Distribution Date, but not less than $30,000,000; provided, however, that (1) if either (a) there is a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to clauses (c), (d) or (e) of the definition thereof during the Controlled Accumulation Period or (b) a Pay-Out Event with respect to the Series 2000-3 Certificates has occurred, the Required Collateral Invested Amount for such Distribution Date thereafter shall equal the Required Collateral Invested Amount for such Distribution Date immediately preceding such reduction or Pay-Out Event, (2) in no event shall the Required Collateral Invested Amount exceed the unpaid principal amount of the Series 2000-3 Certificates as of the last day of the Monthly Period preceding such Distribution Date after taking into account payments to be made on the related Distribution Date and (3) the Required Collateral Invested Amount may be reduced to a lesser amount at any time if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied.
Required Collateral Invested Amount means the excess, if any, of (a) the Required Enhancement Amount over (b) the Required Cash Collateral Amount.
