Required Cash Collateral Amount definition

Required Cash Collateral Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.7(c).
Required Cash Collateral Amount means, for any Transfer Date, the greater of (a) an amount (rounded up to the nearest dollar) equal to 4.0% of the Collateral Amount (after taking into account deposits to the Principal Accumulation Account on such Transfer Date and payments to be made on the related Distribution Date), and (b) for any Transfer Date occurring on or after the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, an amount equal to 4.0% of the Collateral Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that the Required Cash Collateral Amount will never exceed the Note Principal Balance, minus the Principal Accumulation Account Balance (after taking into account deposits to the Principal Accumulation Account on such Transfer Date and payments to be made on the related Distribution Date); and provided, further, that the Transferor may reduce the Required Cash Collateral Amount at any time if the Indenture Trustee has been provided evidence that the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied.

Required Cash Collateral Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of the Pooling Agreement.
Required Cash Collateral Amount means the amount specified as such in the Loan Agreement or such higher amount designated by the Transferor.
