Excess Collateral Amount definition
Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.

Excess Collateral Amount means the amount, if any, that the value of the interest of the holders of Senior Secured Claims (or that of their predecessors-in-interest) in Collateral exceeds the aggregate amount of the Senior Secured Claims, in both cases as measured on the Petition Date.
Excess Collateral Amount has the meaning given to that expression in Clause 6.5. Expert has the meaning given to that expression in paragraph 3 of Schedule 3. Future Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.7.
