Excess Collateral Amount definition

Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.
Excess Collateral Amount means, for any date of determination, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount as of such date of determination and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance as of such date of determination, over (b) the Note Principal Balance as of such date of determination.

Examples of Excess Collateral Amount in a sentence

  • In the event that, but for the limitation on the amount of such reduction in the preceding sentence, such reduction would cause the Excess Collateral Amount to be a negative number, the Excess Collateral Amount will be reduced to zero, and the Class B Invested Amount will be reduced by the amount by which the Excess Collateral Amount would have been reduced below zero.

  • If on any Distribution Date, the Class A Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds the sum of the amount allocated with respect thereto pursuant to subsection 4.09(a)(iii), subsection 4.13(a) and Section 4.14 of the Agreement with respect to the Monthly Period immediately preceding such Distribution Date, the Excess Collateral Amount will be reduced by the amount of such excess, but not more than the Excess Collateral Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • In the event that, but for the limitation on the amount of such reduction in the preceding sentence, such reduction would cause the Excess Collateral Amount to be a negative number, the Excess Collateral Amount shall be reduced to zero and the Class B Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount by which the Excess Collateral Amount would have been reduced below zero, but not more than the Class B Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date (a "Class B Investor Charge-Off").

  • The Excess Collateral Amount will thereafter be reimbursed (but not by an amount in excess of the unpaid principal balance of the Excess Collateral Amount) on any Distribution Date by the amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose as described under subsection 4.13(i) of the Agreement.

  • On and after the Transfer Date immediately preceding the Distribution Date on which the Class B Invested Amount will be paid in full, and on each Distribution Date thereafter until the Excess Collateral Amount is paid in full, the Paying Agent shall pay in accordance with Section 5.1 of the Agreement to the Excess Collateral Holder from the Distribution Account such amounts deposited with respect to Excess Collateral Monthly Principal into the Distribution Account on such Transfer Date.


More Definitions of Excess Collateral Amount

Excess Collateral Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.
Excess Collateral Amount means, when used with respect to any Business Day, the greater of (x) zero and (y) an amount equal to (a) the Excess Collateral Initial Amount minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Excess Collateral Holder through and including such Business Day, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Excess Collateral Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the aggregate amount of Redirected Principal Collections for all prior Distribution Dates, plus (e) the sum of the aggregate amount reimbursed with respect to reductions of the Excess Collateral Amount through and including such Business Day pursuant to subsection 4.9(ix) of the Agreement plus, with respect to such subsection, pursuant to subsections 4.10(a) and (b), 4.14(a), 4.17(b) and 4.18(b), (c) and (d) of the Agreement, for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c) and (d).
Excess Collateral Amount means the amount, if any, that the value of the interest of the holders of Senior Secured Claims (or that of their predecessors-in-interest) in Collateral exceeds the aggregate amount of the Senior Secured Claims, in both cases as measured on the Petition Date.
