Unpaid Principal Amount definition

Unpaid Principal Amount. As defined in Section 3.05(a) of the Indenture.
Unpaid Principal Amount means, at any time, the portion of the Principal Amount outstanding at such time.
Unpaid Principal Amount means, as to the Notes in the aggregate, $7,500,000 less the aggregate amount of all payments of principal made by any Obligor on the Notes (excluding payments made as premium and payments made as interest).

  • If an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default specified in clause (i) or (j) above with respect to GAMCO) occurs and is continuing, the Holder may declare (A) (i) the Unpaid Principal Amount of this Note minus (ii) the Teton Adjustment and (B) all accrued and unpaid interest hereon to be immediately due and payable.

  • If an Event of Default specified in clause (i) or (j) above occurs with respect to GAMCO, the Unpaid Principal Amount of the Note and all accrued and unpaid interest hereon shall automatically become and be immediately due and payable without any declaration or other act on the part of the Holder or any other Person.

  • At the Maturity Date, an amount equal to the Unpaid Principal Amount and all accrued but unpaid Minimum Coupon through the date of payment shall be due and payable to the Holder.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Unpaid Principal Amount shall automatically bear interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum in excess of the then-current interest rate from the date the Event of Default occurs until the Event of Default is cured.

  • Payments received by the Noteholder from the Company on this Note shall be applied first to the payment of interest which is due and payable, to the extent not paid by one or more PIK Notes, and, thereafter, to the Unpaid Principal Amount.
