Relevant Account Holder definition

Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with the Relevant Clearing System which has Underlying Notes (as defined in the definition of “Global Bearer Note”) credited to its securities account from time to time;

Relevant Account Holder has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.02 (Form and Denomination);

Relevant Account Holder means an Original Account Holder or a Subsequent Account Holder, as the case may be;

• No further action shall be required on the part of any person in order for such Direct Rights to be acquired and for each Relevant Account Holder to have the benefit of, and to enforce, rights corresponding to all the provisions of the relevant Definitive Notes as if they had been issued and as if such provisions had been specifically incorporated in this Schedule, other than the right to receive payments corresponding to any already made under this Global Note.

• Any Relevant Account Holder may protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Global Note in respect of any Entry to which it is entitled in its own name without the necessity of using the name of or obtaining any authority from any predecessor in title.

• Any Relevant Account Holder is entitled to receive payment of the Principal Amount of its Entry and of all other sums referable to its Direct Rights to the exclusion of any other person and payment in full by the Republic to such Relevant Account Holder shall discharge the Republic from all obligations in respect of such Entry and such Direct Rights.

Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with the Relevant Clearing System which has underlying Notes credited to its securities account from time to time.

Relevant Account Holder means the holder of any account with a Clearing System Operator which at the Relevant Time has credited to its securities account with such Clearing System Operator an Entry or Entries in respect of this Global Bond (or the relevant part of it) or the Bonds represented by it except for a Clearing System Operator in its capacity as an account holder of another Clearing System Operator and

Relevant Account Holder means the holder of any account with a Clearing System Operator which at the Relevant Time has credited to its securities account with such Clearing System Operator an Entry or Entries in respect of this Global Note (or the relevant part of it) or the Notes represented by it except for a Clearing System Operator in its capacity as an account holder of another Clearing System Operator; and

Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with a Clearing System which at the Determination Date has credited to its securities account with such Clearing System one or more Entries in respect of the Temporary Global Security or the Permanent Global Security, except for either Clearing System in its capacity as an account holder of the other Clearing System.

Relevant Account Holder means an Account Holder who has one or more Entries credited to his Securities Account at the Effective Time.

Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with the relevant clearing system which at the Relevant Time has credited to its Securities account with the relevant clearing system, as the case may be, an Entry or Entries in respect of this Classic Permanent Global Covered Bond or any relevant part of it, as the case may be.

Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg which at the Relevant Time has credited to its Securities account with Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, an Entry or Entries in respect of this NGN Permanent Global Covered Bond or any relevant part of it, as the case may be; provided, however, that "Relevant Account Holder" does not include Euroclear in its capacity as an account holder of Clearstream, Luxembourg or Clearstream, Luxembourg in its capacity as an account holder of Euroclear.
