Nominated Account definition

Nominated Account means any of the accounts nominated by you from time to time for use with phone banking, internet banking or Credit External payments.
Nominated Account means a bank account which is maintained under the name of an EHCP or his Associated Organization and is specified by the EHCP and his Associated Organization in the Authority for Payment to a Bank in the form attached at Appendix B and signed by the EHCP and his Associated Organization.
Nominated Account means the Ebury bank account which we specify in the Payment Confirmation.

Examples of Nominated Account in a sentence

  • If interest is to be paid to you, it will be credited to your Nominated Account on each interest payment date.

  • If interest is to be paid by you, the amount may be debited from your Nominated Account if it is an ANZ account (or, if it is an account with a bank other than ANZ, if you have provided authority to do so) or if you have nominated an Austraclear account we will send a request through the Austraclear system for you to make payment.

  • Otherwise, we will debit the Save from your Nominated Account by using your stored payment card and transfer the funds to your specified Savings Account(s).

  • Lump sum contributions into Saving Accounts can be made either through the Chip app or directly via direct bank transfer from your linked Nominated Account using your individual sort code and account number of the Savings Account (depending on the Saving Account partner bank’s specific terms and conditions).

  • With your consent, and at your instruction, we instruct your payment account provider (e.g. your bank) (“Payment Account Provider”) to make a payment or payments from your selected payment account (your “Payment Account”, this must be your Nominated Account) to the chosen third parties only that we partner with to offer selected products e.g. Investment Accounts.


More Definitions of Nominated Account

Nominated Account means the Credit Card Account or Bank Account (whichever is applicable) nominated by the Policyholder or Policy Payor in the proposal form to which premiums payable under this Policy are to be charged / billed.
