Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Security substantially in the form set out in the Issue and Paying Agency Agreement by which Bearer Securities offered and sold outside the United States to persons that are not U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S are represented;

More Definitions of Temporary Global Security

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Security representing Securities of a series or a portion thereof.

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Note or a Temporary Global Certificate;

Temporary Global Security means the temporary global Security which will represent the Securities on issue substantially in the form set out in Part A of Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Security);
