Permanent Global Security. The Permanent Global Security shall:
3.2.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Permanent Global Security); and
3.2.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually or electronically by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent.
