Account definition

Account is any “account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes, without limitation, all accounts receivable and other sums owing to Borrower.
Account means an account (as that term is defined in the Code).
Account means all of the Eligible Loans hereunder of one (1) Borrower that are of the same Loan type made under the identical subsection of the Higher Education Act and in the same status.

  • The Transfer Agent represents and warrants that it has implemented policies, procedures and controls reasonably designed to detect and prevent any transaction involving an Account that is prohibited and to block assets involved in any transaction in, to, or from an Account that must be blocked under U.S. Sanctions.

Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Security Agreement.
