REIT Trustee means DBS Trustee Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Far East H-REIT; "Relevant Amount" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 4.8 below;
REIT Trustee means The Trust Company (Asia) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust;
REIT Trustee means Axis Trustee Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Marg, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400 025, acting as the trustee to the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the REIT Trust Deed.
