The Issuer, the Guarantor or (subject to being indemnified and/or secured and/or prefunded to its satisfaction) the Trustee may convene a Meeting at any time.
Where there are any inconsistencies between the Trustee Acts and the provisions of this Trust Deed, the provisions of this Trust Deed shall, to the extent allowed by law, prevail and, in the case of any such inconsistency with the Trustee Act 2000, the provisions of this Trust Deed shall constitute a restriction or exclusion for the purposes of that Act.
The Trustee may also determine that any Event of Default or Potential Event of Default shall not be treated as such for the purposes of the Conditions.
The Trustee is entitled to request and rely upon information, reports, confirmations or affirmations provided privately or issued publicly by any rating agency whether or not addressed to the Trustee.
The Trustee shall not (unless required by law or ordered so to do by a court of competent jurisdiction) be required to disclose to any Noteholder confidential information or other information made available to the Trustee by the Issuer in connection with this Trust Deed and no Noteholder shall be entitled to take any action to obtain from the Trustee any such information.
