Administrative Trustee definition

Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.

Administrative Trustee means each of the individuals identified as an "Administrative Trustee" in the preamble to this Trust Agreement solely in their capacities as Administrative Trustees of the Trust formed and continued hereunder and not in their individual capacities, or such trustee's successor(s) in interest in such capacity, or any successor "Administrative Trustee" appointed as herein provided.

Administrative Trustee means, with respect to the Trust, a Person identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust under the Trust Agreement and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as therein provided.

• Technical amendments to this Agreement may be made as necessary, to clarify this Agreement or enable the Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee to effectuate the terms of this Agreement in a manner consistent with the Settlement Agreement with the mutual consent of the Environmental Response Trust, the United States, the States and the Tribe.

• The Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee shall be under no liability for interest or producing income on any moneys received by the Environmental Response Trust hereunder and held for distribution or payment as provided in this Agreement, except as such interest is actually received by the Environmental Response Trust.

• The Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Environmental Response Trust, hereby accepts and agrees to hold the Environmental Response Trust Assets in the Environmental Response Trust for the benefit of the Environmental Response Trust Beneficiary for the purposes described in Section 2.3, subject to the terms of the Plan of Liquidation, the Settlement Agreement, this Agreement, and any applicable orders of the Court.
