Administrative Trustee definition

Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.

Examples of Administrative Trustee in a sentence

• If the above criteria are met, the Lead Agency and the Support Agency shall not object to the Administrative Trustee transferring the funds associated with the purchaser’s cleanup out of the Minimum Estimated Property Funding Account or Reserve Property Funding Account.

• During the course of a budgeted year, the Lead Agency may request, or the Administrative Trustee may propose for the Lead Agency’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the amendment of the approved Annual Cleanup Budget for a Property to provide additional funding consistent with applicable requirements under environmental law and taking into account the funding available for Environmental Actions with respect to the Property.

• The Administrative Trustee shall provide a copy of the annual budget for the Administrative Funding Account to the U.S. Treasury for approval.
