Co-Trustee definition

Co-Trustee has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement.
Co-Trustee means each of the Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee.
Co-Trustee means a person, entity or both selected by the Trustee and named as such to assist with the management, administration, allocation and/or disbursement of Trust assets and property.

Co-Trustee. The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as co-trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, and any successor thereto, and any corporation or national banking association resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party.
Co-Trustee means the Person named as the “Co-Trustee” in the first paragraph of this Indenture until a successor Co-Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Co-Trustee” shall mean or include each Person who is then a Co-Trustee hereunder; provided, however, that if at any time there is more than one such Person, “Co-Trustee” as used with respect to the Securities of any series shall mean only the Co-Trustee with respect to Securities of that series.
