Registered Business Intellectual Property definition

Registered Business Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3(k)(iv) below.
Registered Business Intellectual Property means Business Intellectual Property issued by, registered, recorded or filed with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Governmental Authority or Internet domain name registrar in any jurisdiction.
Registered Business Intellectual Property means any Patents, Copyrights or Trademarks that are included in Business Intellectual Property and registered, filed or applied-for with any Governmental Body.

  • All Registered Business Intellectual Property Rights are valid, subsisting, and to the Knowledge of the Company, enforceable.

More Definitions of Registered Business Intellectual Property

Registered Business Intellectual Property means all Registered Intellectual Property included within the Business Intellectual Property.

Registered Business Intellectual Property means each item of Business Intellectual Property and Seller Licensed Intellectual Property that is, in each case, Registered.

  • Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.

  • Company Intellectual Property Agreements means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party or is otherwise bound and (A) pursuant to which the Company or any Subsidiary has granted any rights with respect to any Company Intellectual Property or has been granted any rights with respect to any Third-Party Intellectual Property, or (B) that otherwise governs any Company Intellectual Property.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):
