Refinery Operations definition

Refinery Operations means the processing of crude oil and other feedstock into refined petroleum products and the commercialization thereof.
Refinery Operations means the operation of the Refinery Plant (including the construction of any expansion).
Refinery Operations means the Seller’s conduct of the business of owning and/or operating the Refinery Units.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.
