Referring Client definition

Referring Client means the healthcare provider who has referred the particular healthcare professional into the Collaborative Bank.

  • Except in the event of termination for breach by Client, Pepperi will continue to provide Referring Client with Pepperi Credits following termination of the Agreement for Viable Leads accepted prior to such termination, and Pepperi will continue to issue reports in accordance with Section 4.3 through such time.
