Redirection Letter definition

Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Article 4(b).
Redirection Letter means an irrevocable redirection letter in the form attached as Exhibit I to this Agreement, undated and executed in blank by the related Mortgagee (or an agent on its behalf) instructing Mortgagor, Servicer or any other Person to pay all amounts payable under the related Purchased Asset to the Repo Collection Account, which Buyer may send to each Mortgagor with respect to each Purchased Asset subject to a Transaction after the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default.
Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Article 29(e).

More Definitions of Redirection Letter

Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(b) of this Agreement.
Redirection Letter means an irrevocable redirection letter in the form attached as Exhibit VIII to this Agreement instructing the Servicer to pay all amounts payable under the related Purchased Asset to the Cash Management Account, and executed by the Servicer with respect to such Purchased Asset.

Related to Redirection Letter

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Collection Account Agreement means that certain Collection Account Agreement, dated the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the Servicer, the Account Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, governing the Collection Account and which permits the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties to direct disposition of the funds in the Collection Account, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
