Redevelopment Documents definition

Redevelopment Documents is defined in the DDA, which definition is, as of the Reference Date, “means: (i) with respect to the Shipyard Site: (a) the Shipyard Redevelopment Plan; (b) the Shipyard Design for Development; and (c) the Shipyard Plan Documents and
Redevelopment Documents means: (i) the Redevelopment Plan; (ii) the Design for Development; (iii) the Open Space Master Plan; (iv) the Vertical Design Review and Document Approval Procedure; and (v) the Agency Policies.
Redevelopment Documents means the Redevelopment Plan, the Plan Documents, and the Design for Development, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Following the Major Phase Approval thereof, if any, the Parties shall make adjustments to this DDA (including the Development Plan and other Exhibits) and use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to make adjustments to the Redevelopment Documents, in each case to the extent necessary to enable development consistent with such Major Phase Approval.

  • Pursuant to Section 65865.2 of the Development Agreement Statute, the Project Approvals shall not prevent development of the Project for the uses and to the density or intensity of the development set forth in the Redevelopment Documents and Transaction Documents.

  • Developer shall exercise full dominion and control over the Project Site, subject only to the limitations and obligations of the Developer contained in this Agreement or in the DDA, Redevelopment Documents, Trust Exchange Agreement, or other Transaction Documents.

Redevelopment Documents means the Redevelopment Agreements, the Redevelopment Financing Agreements, the Redevelopment Budgets and the Redevelopment Plans and Specifications, including the construction contract with Fluor Xxxxxx, Inc.
