Recording of Lease. If the property leased is located in a State requiring the recording of leases, Lessee must comply with all such statutory requirements at Lessee’s sole cost and expense.
Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
Recording of Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that neither this Agreement nor a copy hereof shall be recorded, but, the parties shall record a memorandum of this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Recording of Lease. The Tenant agrees not to record this Lease, and any attempted or actual recording thereof by Tenant shall be an Event of Default hereunder. At Tenant's request, the parties shall execute and deliver a notice of lease in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to both parties for the purpose of recording, but said notice of lease shall not in any circumstance be deemed to modify or to change any of the provisions of this Lease.
Recording of Lease. Tenant will execute, acknowledge, deliver and cause to be recorded or filed in the manner and place required by any present or future law a memorandum of this Lease. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with the recording of this Lease or a memorandum hereof.
Recording of Lease. Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall record this Lease or a short form memorandum hereof without the consent of the other.
Recording of Lease. The Lessee shall not record this Lease without the express written consent of the Lessor. If such permission is granted, at the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, the Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Lessor, within ten (10) days after written demand from the Lessor, any quitclaim deed or other document reasonably required by any reputable title company to remove the cloud of this Lease from the title of the real property subject to the Lease.
Recording of Lease. The parties hereto agree that this Lease shall not be recorded, but the Landlord and Tenant hereby agree upon request of either party to enter into a notice of lease in recordable form, setting forth the names of the parties, describing the Premises, specifying the Term, and such other provisions, except rental provisions, with respect to the Lease as will put on notice any third party of the existence of this Lease.
Recording of Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Recording of Lease. Neither this Lease nor any memorandum or notice hereof shall be recorded by Texxxx. However, it may be recorded by Landlord at Landlord’s option. If this Lease, or any memorandum or notice hereof is recorded by the Tenant without Landlord’s prior written consent, such recordation may be declared by Landlord as a material event of default by Tenant hereunder.
