Reconciled means that the CM/GC and Architect have verified that their assumptions about the various categories are the same, and that they have identified the reason for differences in the GMP Change Request and the Architect's position. CM/GC shall submit the Reconciled GMP Change Request to Owner, which submission shall be a condition to any CM/GC claim for a GMP increase.
