Real Property Business definition

Real Property Business means a Consolidated Business or UJV that owns primarily Real Property Assets.
Real Property Business means any Person or group of Persons whose primary business is to directly or indirectly own property rights in Real Property.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.
