Reaffirmation Documents definition

Reaffirmation Documents means affirmations, reaffirmations, addenda, amendments or other modifying or confirmatory documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Reaffirmation Documents means collectively, the Reaffirmation Agreements and the Assignment Agreements.
