Rayonier Name and Rayonier Marks means the names, marks, trade dress, logos, monograms, domain names and other source or business identifiers of either Party or any member of its Group using or containing “RAYONIER”, either alone or in combination with other words or elements, and all names, marks, trade dress, logos, monograms, domain names and other source or business identifiers confusingly similar to or embodying any of the foregoing either alone or in combination with other words or elements, together with the goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.

  • The term of the Trademark License (the “Term”) shall commence at the Effective Time and shall continue in perpetuity, unless and until the earlier to occur of (a) the assignment, if any, of the Rayonier Name and Rayonier Marks to SpinCo pursuant to Section 6.05 and (b) the termination, if any, of the Trademark License pursuant to Article IX.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.
