Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit definition

Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant pursuant to the applicable Qualified Plan.
Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant pursuant to the Qualified Plan by reason of his termination of employment with the Company for any reason other than death.
Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit means the aggregate benefit payable to a Participant pursuant to the Qualified Plan and all annuities purchased for the Participant under the Qualified Plan (whether or not terminated) by reason of his termination of employment with the Company and all affiliates for any reason other than death.

Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit means the accrued benefit, determined as of the relevant determination date, which a Participant would be entitled to receive for his or her life under a Qualified Plan commencing on his or her normal retirement date (as defined in the Qualified Plan) by assuming that, as of such determination date, the Participant had a termination of employment with the Company and all Affiliates for any reason other than death. Where a Qualified Plan provides for an offset to a Participant’s accrued benefit thereunder to reflect the accrued benefit the Participant earned under other defined benefit pension plans of the Company or an Affiliated Company, the Participant’s Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit shall be the total value of all such accrued benefits.
Qualified Plan Retirement Benefit means the benefit payable to a Member pursuant to the Qualified Plan.
