Purchaser Unit definition

Purchaser Unit means a unit of the Purchaser comprised of one Purchaser Ordinary Share, one-half of one Purchaser Warrant and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Purchaser Ordinary Share upon the consummation of the transactions set forth in this Agreement
