Purchaser Public Warrant definition

Purchaser Public Warrant means one whole warrant that was included as part of each Purchaser Public Unit entitling the holder thereof to purchase one-half (1/2) of one (1) Purchaser Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per full Purchaser Ordinary Share.
Purchaser Public Warrant means each one (1) warrant of Purchaser entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) Purchaser Ordinary Share in accordance with terms described in the IPO Prospectus with respect to the public warrants of Purchaser.
