Purchaser or Client definition

Purchaser or Client means District Education Authority, Multan or any other person for the time being or from time to time duly appointed in writing by the Purchaser to act as Purchaser for the purposes of the Contract.

Examples of Purchaser or Client in a sentence

  • The Tenderer/ Bidder shall bear all costs / expenses associated with the preparation and submission of the Tender(s) and the Purchaser or Client shall in no case be responsible / liable for those costs / expenses.

  • All vendors that Supplier hires will bill Supplier directly (as opposed to Purchaser or Client) except as otherwise expressly agreed by Purchaser in writing.

  • Supplier shall ensure that it and its employees on site are familiar with applicable Laws and any policies of Purchaser or its client relating to protection of the environment and shall ensure that it and all of its employees strictly comply with all such applicable Laws and Purchaser or Client policies.

  • For such period of three years, Purchaser and/or Client shall have the right to audit (i) the books and records relating to all such charges, and (ii) any other materials related to Supplier’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Order, and Supplier, upon request of Purchaser or Client, shall make all such books and records available for such examination.

  • The Purchaser or The Client shall monitor day-to-day operations and performance of the KPOs. The decision of the Purchaser or Client will prevail in every case of dispute.IX.

  • The Contractor shall deliver the Goods at various Government Offices in Punjab, as specified by the Purchaser or Client (Waste Management Companies) at the time of delivery.40.1 The Goods shall remain at the risk and under the physical custody of the Contractor until the delivery, testing and taking over of the Goods is completed.40.2 The Contractor shall ensure that the Goods shall be delivered complete to enable the testing and training to proceed without interruption.

  • The Supplier shall be responsible and account for all material issued free, whether directly or indirectly by the Purchaser or Client.

  • The Purchaser or Client must notify us of all visible defects in the goods within 48 hours of their delivery, whereby our liability in respect of visible defects shall in any event remain limited to replacement of the defective goods, excluding all costs or compensation.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Purchaser Affiliate means any affiliate of the Purchaser, including a transferee who is an affiliate of the Purchaser, and any person who controls the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act; and

  • Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • Procuring Agency or Client means the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center or any other person for the time being or from time to time duly appointed in writing by the Procuring Agency to act as Procuring Agency for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Purchaser Parties means, collectively, the Purchasers and any of their respective former, current or future directors, officers, employees, agents, general or limited partners, managers, members, stockholders, Affiliates or assignees or any former, current or future director, officer, employee, agent, general or limited partner, manager, member, stockholder, Affiliate or assignee of any of the foregoing.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Purchaser Indemnified Persons has the meaning specified in Section 11.01(a).

  • Selling Party has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Net Sales.”

  • Purchaser Parent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Purchaser Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • Purchaser Indemnified Person is defined in Section 5.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Bona fide purchaser means a purchaser of property for value who was not knowingly a party to fraud or illegality affect- ing the interest of the spouses or other parties to the transaction, does not have notice of an adverse claim by a spouse and acted in the transaction in good faith.
