If additional terms and conditions of the Vendor are attached, only those provisions not in conflict with the State of Florida Purchase Order Conditions and Instructions and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions herein may be made a part of this Purchase Order.
The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, whether generic or specific, shall take precedence over and supersede any inconsistent or conflicting provision in the State of Florida Purchase Order Conditions and Instructions, and any attached terms and conditions of the Vendor.
Price means the price in the Total Price column detailed in the Purchase Order form to which these Purchase Order Conditions are attached.
