Publisher Materials definition

Publisher Materials means artwork, copy, packaging, marketing/sales materials or any other materials specifically generated by, for or under the direction of Publisher for the purpose of satisfying its rights and obligations of the Agreement, excepting that Intellectual Property derived from the Developed Titles.
Publisher Materials means, collectively, all materials furnished by or on behalf of Publisher to Apple in furtherance of its appointment, including any Publisher Content, Artwork, metadata, Insert Content, Previews and any extra bonus- type text, audio, video or audio- visual content (“Extras”).

More Definitions of Publisher Materials

Publisher Materials means any Content and information provided by Publisher in connection with an Application, including that which a Publisher adds to any part of the XXX WE Technology or to Publisher’s website, including any new releases or new versions thereof and any Updates thereto. The Publisher is the bearer of sole and unlimited responsibility and liability for such Materials.
Publisher Materials means Publisher's trademarks, service marks, logos, brand features, screen shots, images, artwork, icons, content and/or any other copyrighted text, descriptions, data or information that Publisher provides to Autodesk in connection with or related to Publisher Products. Publisher Materials does not include Autodesk Data.
Publisher Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.
Publisher Materials means any and all Content used and/or made available by you in connection with the IronSource Display Platform and/or any Third-Party Platform, including the Assets.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Shareholder Materials means the Fund’s prospectus, statement of additional information and any other materials relating to the Fund provided to Fund shareholders by the Fund.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, contest-related, public relations (including press releases), display, point of sale or website materials regarding or relating to the Licensed Products or depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is displayed, referred to, or used, including giving away any unit(s) of the System as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
