Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance definition

Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance means the protocol of delivery and acceptance of the Vessel to be signed by the Borrower and the Builder in accordance with article 7, clause 1.3(i) of the Building Contract.

Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance means, in relation to a Ship, the protocol of delivery and acceptance to be signed by the Builder and the relevant Borrower evidencing the delivery and acceptance of such Ship pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract for such Ship;

Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance means the Protocol to be executed by the Builder and the Owner on delivery of the Vessel as referred to in Article 3 and 7.
