Project Management Organization means an Architect or a Firm of Architects or a Firm of Architects and Technical Person registered under these rules;
Project Management Organization and the acronym “PMO” mean project management unit established and operating within the IPD pursuant to letter from the Secretary (IDP) No. DEV-8-S.O(Prog.)/2000, dated June 26, 2004, in accordance with the Chief Minister’s approval No. 5604, dated June 22, 2004, and referred to in sub-paragraph 1.(b) of Section I.A of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
