Sub-Servicing Agreement definition

Sub-Servicing Agreement. The written contract between the Servicer and a Sub-Servicer relating to servicing and administration of certain Mortgage Loans as provided in Section 3.02.
Sub-Servicing Agreement means any written contract entered into between a Servicer and any Sub-Servicer pursuant to and in accordance with the Servicing Agreement.
Sub-Servicing Agreement. Any servicing agreement between the Master Servicer or a Servicer and a Sub Servicer pursuant to which the Master Servicer or a Servicer delegates any of its servicing responsibilities with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.
