Prior to the issuance of Improvement Area # Bonds, the Reimbursement Agreement Balance is payable solely from Improvement Area # Area # Project Fund.
The Reimbursement Agreement Balance shall be payable to the Owner pursuant to executed and approved Certifications for Payment, in accordance with the PID Finance Agreement, solely from the Improvement Area #__ Special Assessments on deposit in the Improvement Area # Project Fund.
