Remarketing Agreement definition

Remarketing Agreement means the Remarketing Agreement, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit P hereof, to be entered into among the Company, the Purchase Contract Agent and the Remarketing Agent(s), as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified or replaced from time to time.
Remarketing Agreement means the Remarketing Agreement to be entered into by and among the Company, the Trust, the Remarketing Agent and the Agent.
Remarketing Agreement means, for any series of Bonds, any agreement or other arrangement pursuant to which the applicable Remarketing Agent has agreed to act in such capacity with respect to such Bonds tendered for purchase pursuant to the applicable Indenture.
