Private Sector Stadium Contribution definition

Private Sector Stadium Contribution means six hundred fifty million dollars ($650,000,000) from non-governmental sources for Stadium Construction Costs and Stadium Infrastructure Costs. The six hundred fifty million dollars ($650,000,000) from non-governmental sources for Stadium Construction Costs and Stadium Infrastructure Costs shall be adjusted annually (or portion thereof) by a construction cost index (e.g., Engineer News Record) with the first adjustment to be made on January 1, 2018 (for the proceeding annual period) and subsequent adjustments to be made ending on the commencement of construction of the Convention Center Expansion and Stadium. The form of the contribution from the non-governmental sources may be cash or cash equivalents, pre-development expenses incurred for the Stadium by the Primary Lessee, proceeds from sale of personal seat licenses/stadium builders licenses, or other rights granting the holder of the license the right to purchase tickets to events to be held at the Stadium, lease revenues (including without limitation pre-paid rent), contractually committed revenues associated with the use and operation of the Stadium including committed revenues from sponsors, suite licensees and concessionaires, committed construction loans, or other committed funding sources, whether such funding is provided directly from the non-governmental sources or through the Governmental Entity or other governmental agency participating in the financing or construction of the Stadium.

  • Public hospital means a governmental entity of a political subdivision of the state of Iowa that is authorized by legislative authority. For purposes of this subrule, a “public hospital” must also meet the requirements of Iowa Code section 249J.3. Under Iowa Code section 249J.3, a “public hospital” must be licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 135B and governed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 145A (merged hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347 (county hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347A (county hospitals payable from revenue), or Iowa Code chapter 392 (creation by city of a hospital or health care facility). For the purposes of this definition, “public hospital” does not include a hospital or medical care facility that is funded, operated, or administered by the Iowa department of human services, Iowa department of corrections, or board of regents, or the Iowa Veterans Home.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Private Sewage Disposal System means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.

  • Post-Stabilization Care means Medically Neces- sary services received after the treating physician determines the emergency medical condition is stabilized.

  • Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.

  • Medical home means a team approach to providing health care that originates in a primary care setting; fosters a partnership among the patient, the personal provider, and other health care professionals, and where appropriate, the patient’s family; utilizes the partnership to access and integrate all medical and nonmedical health-related services across all elements of the health care system and the patient’s community as needed by the patient and the patient’s family to achieve maximum health potential; maintains a centralized, comprehensive record of all health-related services to promote continuity of care; and has all of the characteristics specified in section 135.158.

  • Graduate medical education and disproportionate share fund or “GME/DSH fund” means a reimbursement fund developed as an adjunct reimbursement methodology to directly reimburse qualifying hospitals for the direct and indirect costs associated with the operation of graduate medical education programs and the costs associated with the treatment of a disproportionate share of poor, indigent, nonreimbursed or nominally reimbursed patients for inpatient services.
