PRIVATE LABEL SYSTEM definition

PRIVATE LABEL SYSTEM means the provision of an Electronic Trading System from time to time by eSpeed to the Cantor Parties other than BGC as a separately-branded ‘‘white label’’ or private label Electronic Trading System. ‘‘Private Label Net Transaction Revenues’’ means Private Label Transaction Revenues, less all electronic business-related broker payouts, commissions and other related compensation costs, including taxes, insurance, and similar expenses, each as incurred by the Cantor Parties, which aggregate broker payouts, commissions and other related compensation costs shall not exceed 50% of the Private Label Transaction Revenues.
PRIVATE LABEL SYSTEM means the sale, license or other provision of eSpeed's Intellectual Property or Electronic Trading System for use by a person (other than eSpeed, CO2e.com or their Affiliates) for any purpose.
PRIVATE LABEL SYSTEM means the sale, license or other provision of eSpeed's Intellectual Property or Electronic Trading System for use by a person (other than eSpeed, XX0x.xxx or their Affiliates) for any purpose.
