ELECTRONIC TRADING SYSTEM. 1.1 I/We agree that for the purpose of facilitating trading in Securities or other financial products on the internet through an electronic trading system, I/We shall be permitted access to and use of the system provided by you (KEHK) and/or any other relevant party (such system hereafter referred to as "KEHK Electronic Trade") which shall enable me/us to give electronic instructions to KEHK and to obtain quotations and other information via the internet using/though the KEHK Electronic Trade platform/portal. 1.2 I/We shall be issued a unique User Name and unique Password by you or such other form of approved user identification (the "ID") to provide access and use by me/us to KEHK Electronic Trade for the purpose of trading in Securities or other financial and investment products. I/We shall be the sole authorised and exclusive person using the ID and shall be fully responsible for the use protection and confidentiality of the ID as well as all transactions executed through the ID. You shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost and expense in respect of or in connection with my/our failure to maintain the confidentiality of the ID or arising from any unauthorised access of KEHK Electronic Trade. Any use of KEHK Electronic Trade by me/us shall be in accordance with and subject to these Additional Terms. You reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the operation of KEHK Electronic Trade at any time for any reason whatsoever and in any manner it deems fit, without giving any prior notice thereof to me/us and without being responsible in any way for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting therefrom.
