Transaction Revenues definition

Transaction Revenues means the standard fees, commissions, spreads, markups or other similar standard amounts received from a customer in connection with effecting transactions in a Marketplace.
Transaction Revenues means, with respect to any period and without duplication, (a) the $9 Fare Club Transaction Revenues during such period, (b) the Free Spirit Transaction Revenues during such period and (c) the IP License Transaction Revenues during such period. For the avoidance of doubt,
Transaction Revenues means all revenues received by PeopleSoft which have been derived directly from transactions performed by End Users using the MarketSite Software.
