total system means the entire interconnected electricity Systems of Licensees in the Sultanate of Oman, including all production facilities and all Distribution Systems and Transmission Systems, as the same may be developed or modified from time to time and includes any such System which interconnects with any System which is outside the Sultanate of Oman;
