Present Value Production definition

Present Value Production means, at any time of determination, the projected production of Hydrocarbon (measured by volume unit or BTU equivalent, not sales price) from properties and interests owned by any Obligor which are located in or offshore of the United States and Canada attributable to Proven Reserves, as such production is projected in the most recent Engineering Report delivered pursuant to Section 5.06(c), after deducting projected production from any properties or interests sold or under contract for sale that had been included in such report and after adding projected production from any properties or interests that had not been reflected in such report but that are reflected in a separate or supplemental report which is satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Present Value Production means, on any date of determination, the estimated production of crude oil and natural gas (measured by volume unit or BTU equivalent, and not sales price) attributable to Proved Developed Producing Reserves as at such date, as set forth in the most recent Independent Reserves Report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2(a).
Present Value Production means, at any time of determination, the projected production of oil or gas (measured by volume unit or BTU equivalent, not sales price) from properties and interests owned by Borrower or any Subsidiary which are located in the United States attributable to Proven Reserves, subject to exclusions of non-producing reserves by the Lenders as determined in accordance with each Lender’s policies and procedures, as such production is projected in the most recent Engineering Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.07, after deducting projected production from any properties or interests sold or under contract for sale that had been included in such report and after adding projected production from any properties or interests that had not been reflected in such report but that are reflected in a separate or supplemental report which is satisfactory to the Agent and the Required Lenders.

Related to Present Value Production

  • Present Value means the amount as of a date certain of one or more sums payable in the future, discounted to the date certain. The discount is determined by the interest rate specified by the parties if the rate was not manifestly unreasonable at the time the transaction was entered into; otherwise, the discount is determined by a commercially reasonable rate that takes into account the facts and circumstances of each case at the time the transaction was entered into.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Net Present Value means, as to a specified or ascertainable dollar amount, the present value, as of the date of calculation of any such amount using a discount rate equal to the Base Rate in effect as of the date of such calculation.

  • Discounted present value means the present value of future payments determined by discounting the payments to the present using the most recently published applicable federal rate for determining the present value of an annuity, as issued by the internal revenue service.

  • Fair Market Value Excess With respect to each Mortgage Loan to be purchased pursuant to Section 10.01(a), the excess, if any, of the Fair Market Value Call Price for such Mortgage Loan, over the Par Call Price for such Mortgage Loan. Any Fair Market Value Excess will not become part of the related Group Available Funds, but shall instead be distributed directly to the Holders of the Class A-LR Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(g).

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.
