Current Value definition

Current Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

Current Value has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(m).

Current Value. The appraised value of the related Mortgaged Property (a) from an Appraisal Report conducted within six (6) months of the use of such value under this Agreement or (b) determined by such other method acceptable to the Master Servicer.

Examples of Current Value in a sentence

• The interest rate shall be the Treasury’s Current Value of Funds Rate (prescribed and published by the Secretary of the Treasury in Treasury Financial Manual Bulletins), as of the date due, which rate shall be adjusted every six months.

• Interest will accrue on such unpaid amount at a rate equal to the then current US Treasury Current Value of Funds Rate, calculated on a daily basis and a 360-day year from the due date of such payment until such amount is paid in full.

More Definitions of Current Value

Current Value has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.3(i)(A).

Current Value and "PRESENT VALUE" have the meaning specified in section 3 of ERISA.

Current Value means fair market value, where available. Otherwise, it means the fair value as determined in good faith under the terms of the plan by a trustee or a named fiduciary, assuming an orderly liquidation at the time of the determination.
