Engineering Report. Lender shall have received a current Engineering Report with respect to the Property, which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
Engineering Report. Lender shall have received an Engineering Report for each Individual Property.
Engineering Report. Agent shall have received the Engineering Report with respect to the Mortgaged Property prepared by the Engineer, which Engineering Report shall be acceptable to Agent.
Engineering Report. Lender shall have received an Engineering ------------------ Report with respect to the Facility prepared by an Engineer (addressed to Lender) and which reports shall be (i) prepared by a firm approved by Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion, (ii) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion and (iii) in form and content acceptable to Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion.
Engineering Report. Within sixty (60) days following the commencement of the Feasibility Period, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own cost and expense, cause to be prepared an engineering report that shall be certified to Landlord by a New York licensed professional engineer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord (the “Engineering Report”), which report shall be for the benefit of and shall confirm to Landlord and Tenant that the Solar Facility not affect the structural integrity of the Building, including, without limitation, the roof of the Building, nor interfere with the load capacity of the roof, including, without limitation, the load capacity of the roof with respect to the day to day operations and snow load, and that the Building infrastructure and roof structure can support the Solar Facility. If the Engineering Report does not confirm the foregoing, then Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease on notice to Tenant, in which event, except with respect to obligations that survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, neither party shall have any further obligation to the other with respect to this Lease or the Property.
Engineering Report. Lender shall have received a current Engineering Report with respect to each Property, which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender. No such report shall be deemed unsatisfactory solely by reason of the location of such Property in a seismic zone or in area which may be prone to or affected by seismic events.
Engineering Report. A current engineering report and engineering certificate with respect of each of the Properties and Improvements, with an effective date less than six months before the Closing Date, a soils report and current seismic reports with respect to the Property and Improvements, with an effective date less than six months before the Closing Date, accompanied by reliance letters in form and substance satisfactory to Lender permitting Lender to rely on such reports.
Engineering Report. Signed and sealed report prepared for a Developer by a registered professional engineer identifying the Tract, providing details of the proposed development and phasing on the Tract, identifying the number of EDUs to be served for each phase, the proposed assignment of Capacity Reservation to each phase, if applicable; the sequence and a timetable for build-out; and specifying the On-Site and Off-Site Facilities to be constructed for each phase that would allow the development on the Tract to receive Services from the River Authority System.

Engineering Report. The determination of the Borrowing Base on May 31 of any year will be based upon the Independent Engineering Report provided under Section 9.1(d)(i). The determination of the Borrowing Base on November 30 of any year will be based upon the Internal Reserves Change Report or Independent Engineering Report provided under Section 9.1(d)(ii). The determination of the Borrowing Base at any other times may be based upon an Internal Reserves Change Report unless an updated Independent Engineering Report is otherwise available.
