Prepared Financials definition

Prepared Financials means the balance sheets of Borrower as of the date set forth in the Schedule in the section entitled 'Reporting Requirements' , and as of each subsequent date on which audited balance sheets are delivered to FINOVA from time to time hereunder, and the related statements of operations, changes in stockholder's equity and changes in cash flow for the periods ended on such dates.
Prepared Financials means the balance sheets of Borrower as of December 31, 1995, and as of each subsequent date on which audited balance sheets are delivered to FINOVA from time to time hereunder, and the related statements of operations, changes in stockholder's equity and changes in cash flow for the periods ended on such dates.
Prepared Financials means the consolidated and consolidating financial statements of Borrower as of December 31, 1997 the date of Borrower's most recent audited financial statements, and as of each subsequent date on which audited financial statements are delivered to FINOVA from time to time hereunder, and the related statements of operations, changes in stockholder's equity and changes in cash flow for the periods ended on such dates.
