Current Financials definition
Current Financials means, at any time, the consolidated Financial Statements of the Companies most recently delivered to Administrative Agent under Section 7.1(a) or 7.1(b), as the case may be.
Current Financials means, unless otherwise specified, either (a) the Borrower's consolidated Financials for the year ended December 31, 2000, or (b) at any time after annual Financials are first delivered under Section 8.1, the Borrower's annual Financials then most recently delivered to the Lenders under Section 8.1(a), together with the Borrower's quarterly Financials then most recently delivered to the Lenders under Section 8.1(b).

Current Financials means (a) the most recent annual audited consolidated balance sheet of Borrower and the related consolidated statements of operations and cash flow delivered to Banks hereunder, and (b) the most recent quarterly unaudited consolidated balance sheet of Borrower and the related consolidated statements of operations and cash flow delivered to Banks hereunder.

Current Financials means, as of any day, the financial statements and other related information for any applicable period most recently required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.01(a), Section 5.01(b) and Section 5.01(c).
