Preexisting Plans definition

Preexisting Plans means the Actuant Corporation 2001 Stock Plan, the Actuant Corporation 2001 Outside Directors’ Stock Plan and the Actuant Corporation 2002 Stock Plan, as amended.
Preexisting Plans means the 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2004 Stock Option Plan and the 2007 Performance Share Plan, as the same may be amended to the Effective Date.
Preexisting Plans means each of the following Company plans: the 2005 Stock Award and Incentive Plan, as amended, and the 2014 Stock Award and Incentive Plan, as amended.

Examples of Preexisting Plans in a sentence

  • Upon approval of the Plan by stockholders of the Company as contemplated under Section 12, no further awards shall be granted under the Preexisting Plans; PROVIDED, however, that any shares that have been forfeited or cancelled in accordance with the terms of the applicable award under a Preexisting Plan may be subsequently again awarded in accordance with the terms of such Preexisting Plan.
