Definition of Pre-65 Retiree Health Care Plan

  1. Pre-65 Retiree Health Care Plan means a plan to be established by the Company that is effective as of the US Transfer Date and that provides eligible participants with benefits substantially similar (except as provided in this Section 4.6(p)) to those provided under the ITW Retiree Contribution Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Pre-65 Retiree Health Care Plan shall not include any medical or dental insurance, and (ii) the amount of a Grow-In US Employee's benefits under the Pre-65 Retiree Health Care Plan shall equal (and not exceed) the amount in such Grow-In US Employee's ITW Retiree Contribution Plan account balance on the Leasing Term Date.

Pre-65 Retiree Health Care Plan means a plan to be established by the Company that is effective as of the US Transfer Date and that provides eligible participants with benefits substantially similar (except as provided in this Section 4.6(p)) to those provided under the ITW Retiree Contribution Plan.
