Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;
Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.
Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Management Fee, the Subordinated Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee.
Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
Best management practice (BMP means a structural device or nonstructural practice designed to temporarily store or treat stormwater runoff in order to mitigate flooding, reduce pollution, and provide other amenities.
Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.
Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.
Medical Expense means an expense incurred at the time a past member or his or her health reimbursement account dependent is furnished the medical care or service. To be considered a medical expense under this act, the expense shall meet all of the following conditions:
Animal feeding operation (“AFO”) means a lot or facility (other than an aquatic animal production facility) where animals have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of 45 days or more in any 12-month period, and crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility [40 CFR § 122.23(b)(1)].
Utilization management section means “you or your authorized representative.” Your representative will also receive all notices and benefit determinations.
Practice of pharmacy means providing pharmacist care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, chemical, behavioral, social, pharmaceutical, and clinical sciences. As used in this division, "pharmacist care" includes the following:
Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.
Practice of respiratory care means the (i) administration of pharmacological, diagnostic, and
Advisory Fee shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(f) hereof.
Arrangement Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).
Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).
Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
Independent living services means services and activities provided to a child in foster care 14 years
Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.
