Advisory Fee definition
Advisory Fee shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(f) hereof.
Advisory Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager under the Advisory Agreement.

Advisory Fee means that certain Base Management Fee (as defined in the Advisory Agreement) payable to Investment Adviser pursuant to the Advisory Agreement in an amount not to exceed 2% of the gross assets of Harvest up to $350,000,000, 1.75% of the gross assets of Harvest greater than $350,000,000 but less than $1,000,000,000, and 1.5% of the gross assets of Harvest greater than $1,000,000,000.
Advisory Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).
