Definition of Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit


Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the SERP Benefits payable pursuant to Section 3(f) hereof.

Examples of Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit in a sentence

The Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit and Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit will be paid in cash or a cash equivalent.
Except as provided in Section 4.3, the Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit and Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit will be paid at the same times and for the same duration as payments under the Retirement Plan, commencing at the time the benefits commence under the Retirement Plan.
Termination Prior To Retirement: [] Single Lump Sum Payment; or [] Annual Installments Over a Three (3) Year Period NOTE: A Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit will continue payments which have commenced under any of the Installment Payout Options until the full payment period is satisfied.
Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit under this Section is payable to a surviving Spouse, any other Beneficiary of a Participant who is receiving a survivor benefit under the Pension Plan.
Post-Retirement Survivor Benefit is payable under this Section to a Beneficiary designated by the Participant under an election made in accordance with Section 4.2.
